3. How long are the dog walks and drop-in visits?
Our standard dog walks and drop-in visits are 30 minutes each. We also offer customized durations to suit your pet's specific needs.

5. Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded to ensure the safety and security of your pet and home.

7. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
8. Can I request the same dog walker for each visit?
We strive to provide consistency for your pet by assigning the same walker whenever possible. However, due to scheduling, there may be occasions when a different team member provides the service.
9. How do you ensure the safety of my pet during walks?
Our team is trained in pet handling and first aid. We use secure leashes and collars and avoid high-traffic areas to ensure your dog's safety.
10. What happens during extreme weather conditions?
In cases of extreme weather, we may adjust the duration or type of service to ensure your pet's safety and comfort. We will communicate any changes with you promptly.

Yes, we offer services during holidays. Please note that there may be an additional fee for holiday services.

We require details about your pet's health, temperament, routines, and any special needs to provide the best care possible.If your pet has insurance please share that information as well.
